Are prices final?
Fixed-price services are listed where possible. “Starting at” and custom products are confirmed after size, quantity, finish, artwork and deadline are reviewed.
How do copies count?
Copies are priced per side with a 50-side minimum. A double-sided sheet counts as two printed sides.
Can Mystiques create the design for me?
Yes. Customers can edit a template themselves or submit a Custom Design request for Mystiques to handle the full project.
Can I pick up or have it shipped?
Eligible orders can use pickup by appointment or shipping. Final shipping rates will be connected before live checkout is enabled.
Do memorial orders require proof approval?
For applicable memorial work, production can be held until the customer approves the proof, reducing name/date/spelling mistakes.
Are online payments live yet?
Yes. Secure Square checkout is available for eligible purchases. You will see your confirmed total before payment. Custom print work may require a quote and proof approval.

Can you print an urgent memorial order?
Request rush production and provide the date needed in hand. Availability and delivery are confirmed before payment. Production time and carrier transit time are separate; same-day dispatch is not automatically guaranteed.
Can you send it directly to a funeral home?
Yes, request delivery to the family, funeral home, church, venue or business. We confirm the recipient, complete address and delivery timing with your quote.
What should I prepare?
Final names and dates, service information, obituary or wording, clear original photos, desired colors, quantity, finished size and the date needed. Save every page of your design before requesting print service. Upload up to five reference files on the request form.
Do you offer bulk or funeral-home orders?
Request a volume quote with the product, quantities, artwork requirements and delivery locations. Custom design assistance, specialty finishes and multiple shipments are itemized separately.
